A healthcare system can generally be divided into three levels of care: primary, secondary and tertiary.

It is provided by different healthcare professionals including doctors, dentists, Chinese medicine practitioners (CMPs), nurses, and allied health professionals, etc. Secondary care and tertiary care mainly include specialist and hospital services.
A good primary care service can provide you directly accessible, comprehensive, continuing, co-ordinated and person-centred care. Everyone is encouraged to have their own primary care providers (for example, a family doctor, dentist or CMP) as their lifelong health partners, and they should first consult their primary care providers when there is any health problem.

This App (Primary Care Directory) contains personal and practice-based information about different primary care providers to facilitate the public search for their own primary care providers. The doctors, dentists and CMPs sub-directories have been launched. General public can find a family doctor, dentist or CMP through this App that suits your needs.
